The elevator has precise positioning, and through the cooperation of photoelectric sensors and internal hardware, it can be accurately reached the unloading port on each stack.
5. Double-layer Magazine material frame platform transfers the Magazine material frame to the elevator and pushes the circuit boards out of the Magazine one by one through the integrated Puller.
6. The Double-layer material frame platform can be customized, extended to obtain larger capacity and reduce manual operation frequency and shortened to obtain larger free space, reduce the distance of material frame handling, and help the production line achieve higher work efficiency.
7. By tight integrated design, the elevator and Magazine conveyor platform operate stably, and PCB jamming monitoring system at the Puller end can effectively warn and avoid PCB jamming situations.
8. Built in fully automatic width adjustment material frame achieves one click automatic width adjustment after connecting to Smart Line System.
